Refund Policy
We want you to love your scent.
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under certain conditions.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfumes for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
- Your package was lost in transit (as verified by tracking)
3. How to Request a Refund
To start the refund process, please email info@cluescent.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos (if applicable). Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
