At ClueScents, we strive to ensure a smooth and secure ordering experience. Please read our order policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be extended slightly.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

4. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the rare case that a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative or a full refund.
